Kerry-Lynne Findlay, PC, QC offers mediation, arbitration and general legal services based in her successful legal career spanning more than 30 years of helping clients find beneficial solutions to their legal needs. As counsel, Ms. Findlay has successfully represented clients from throughout BC and other Canadian provinces in all levels of court including BC. Supreme Court, BC Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. While a Member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Ms. Findlay presided over many discrimination and employment law cases including the seminal Johnstone case, later upheld by appellate courts establishing the criteria of 'family status' in the Canadian Human Rights Act. Ms. Findlay's volunteer Bar leadership has included being the Founding Chair of both the BC and National Women Lawyers Forum, a vibrant section within the CBA. Ms. Findlay brings this background and knowledge to her mediation and arbitration practice, and to the advices that her clients need to get past their legal issues and move forward.

Fanny holds a Juris Doctor and Practical Legal Training Diploma from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. She also holds certifications from Simon Fraser University and the International Japanese Language Institution in Tokyo, Japan. She has developed a global perspective after living in four different countries: China, Japan, Australia, and Canada. Fanny’s experiences are a rich resource to her clients in the areas of real estate, corporate, immigration, other civil matters. She believes that achieving holistic results for her clients requires both passion and compassion, which she happily brings to the table to fuel her creative solutions.

Narinder Jeet Kaur, B.Com, LLB, LLM, Articled Student
Narinder Jeet Kaur is an experienced lawyer from India and practiced as a Solicitor in the United Kingdom. She attended Law School at Punjab University, Chandigarh, India and completed the Master of Law in 1996. She became a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2004 and practised UK Immigration Law at the Appellate level. She spent a number of invaluable years representing clients and attending UK tribunals for refusal of visa applications. She acted as an interpreter for the clients before the British High Commission, as she is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. In India she also practiced Taxation Law and Family Law for many years.
In 2018 Narinder received her Certificate of Qualification to practice Law in Canada through the National Committee of Accreditation, Ottawa.
Narinder has always been interested in international cultures and people, as well as in helping clients with their Immigration needs. Presently, she is a member of the District Bar Association, Jalandhar, Punjab, India and a member of the Solicitor Regulatory Authority, UK.
